Collecting feature requests with Canny is easy. We recommend exposing Canny to your end users so they can add their requests and vote on existing ones. Here's our feature requests board as an example.

Here are some highlights of our features:

  • Connect your user accounts so you always know who is requesting a feature. We strongly believe feedback isn't useful if you don't know where it's coming from.
  • You can also add votes manually in Canny so no request gets lost. We integrate with Intercom and Zendesk to make that even easier.
  • Segment feedback by the user groups you care about most. For example, paying customers, enterprise customers, churned customers, etc.
