We really wanted to go to the beach. Of course, the weather was not co-operating. Las Palmas is known as a place with great weather all year round. It wasn't bad, 21 degrees, comfortable. Just the sun wasn't out. What's the point of going to the beach when the sun isn't out?
Looks like other people shared our sentiment because there was barely anyone on the beach.
It's okay, life moves on. We headed to Regina's to get some screen time. Andrew had some stuff to ship and I had some drawing to do.
We got hungry around 3pm. Clearly, we've adjusted to the Spanish schedule. We had to go back to our favorite doner place in the city, Gladera's. He knows our faces and our order. We must've gone there a couple dozen times during our month here. As usual, it was amazing. We'll miss that place.
We headed back home with our bellies full to pack for tomorrow. We have a 7am flight to Croatia which means we're aiming to get to the airport around 5:30am. I ended up booking an airport transfer because Uber doesn't operate here. I really hope they show up tomorrow. Just past 10pm now, we should probably head to bed.
