A friend explained how blindly following something was his #1 fear.
Whenever we have a conversation that may sound too spectacular, he would ask a thousand questions.
This seemed to get more and more intense as we aged. I found myself wondering why he was becoming so confrontational.

Then why are people who are starving from lack of food dying?
There is always a point where you can't really respond to his questions unless you had a very deep understanding of the subject matter.
The latest discussion we had was about bone broth.
Someone told him - bone broth helps to heal the gut.
He asked how.
It has minerals and nutrients that help to do that.
Look at this explanation.
This sounds incomplete. There is enough data contradicting that statement.
I get tired of arguing.
I too do not want to be sheep.
But at what point do you stop challenging things that you are told and let the placebo effect of things work its magic?
