You could easily use a spreadsheet to keep track of feedback. However, at scale, that gets really messy and unorganized. The important thing when collecting feature requests is that the requests are organized. 

Collecting feature requests with Canny is easy. We recommend exposing Canny to your end users so they can add their requests and vote on existing ones. Here's our feature requests board as an example.

You can also add votes manually in Canny so no request gets lost. If you use Intercom or Zendesk, check out our integrations to make that process even smoother. 

Now that you have feedback organized in Canny, prioritization becomes a lot easier. You're able to sort and filter the data to what you like.

Our user segmentation feature allows you to see feedback from users you care about most. For example, paying customers, enterprise customers, churned customers, etc.

Then, you can share updates to close the feedback loop. Your customers will appreciate that you're listening to their feedback.
